Members Obligation

You agree to provide accurate and complete information on the Site’s registration form. You agree to abide by the following rules:

You agree not to disseminate your password and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password to protect your personal information. Whether you authorize it or not, you are responsible for any and all uses of your registration.
You agree to that applications made via your emails are legally binding.

You agree to make payments on the scheduled time and accept the penalties laid out in the application.
You accept to pay all legal fees associated with recovering your debt if it becomes overdue.
You accept that you will not attempt to defraud the JADEKAM.

Payments and penalties

You agree to pay JADEKAM as to the terms provided on the contract payment should only be paid to JADEKAM account (844208502) maintained at National Commercial Bank provided on the application. Failure to make payments on time will result in a late payment fee of $5000.00 per month and legal actions if necessary. upon using this site, the borrower accepts to pay all legal fees associated with recovering its debt if the recovering the debt should go to Court.

We recommend that all members sign up for online banking with their financial institution. If payment is made at the machine, a copy of the deposit should be uploaded in order to update record.

When you access our services through any of our electronic channels including our website and our Mobile App, and move from page to page, read pages, download content onto your electronic device from these channels, or, in the case of our Mobile App, download the App to your device, the following information may be recorded:

The address you are connecting from
Which pages are visited
What content is downloaded
The amount of time you spend logged in to the particular electronic channel
Details of the types and number of transactions completed

Jadekam uses this information to determine what type of information is most useful in order to, improve its electronic channels, address your specific needs, provide you with a better customer experience, for marketing purposes and for general operation of our business.

verifying information previously given by you
collecting a debt owed to Jadekam;
